I cannot find my etickets. shows past shows but nothing upcoming even though I purchased tickets. cant get to tickets or parking. cant change my address. frustrating app.

This app is awful. Even the front door ticket scanners didn't know how to find tickets. It signs you out. It looks like a webpage. We arrived early for our show, didn't get seated until after the show started. I spent the next hour trying to calm down so I didn't even enjoy the show. So dumb, do not trust this app, just go to Will Call to begin with.

Good to have. VERY frustrating that your tickets are on a website instead of the app. Infuriating, actually. Logs you after 30 days, even if you have used it recently. Needs lots of work. This is the worst ticketing app I have used. Straz, good. Straz app, not so good.
